GENVIEN “GV PRESS PASS” REQUIREMENTS

Genvien welcomes members of the press to attend our events and cover the latest happenings. Press credentials are granted by our GV Public Affairs Department, and applicants must meet specific eligibility requirements and provide relevant documentation.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee approval for press credentials. Our team carefully reviews each application and makes decisions based on various factors.

Professional Eligibility

To be considered for a GV press credential, applicants must meet certain eligibility requirements and provide work samples as proof of their professional qualifications.

Journalists who have covered events previously sponsored by Genvien and have provided published work within the past year are eligible to apply. Applicants working in other media must present at least one published piece such as a film, photograph, video, or audio broadcast.

Each applicant must provide a list of four articles or events that they have covered within the past year, with each event taking place on a different day. If an applicant has not covered four events, Public Affairs may grant a press release based on each individual article.

To apply for a press credential, interested individuals must submit a completed application and work samples to Genvien Public Affairs at [email protected]. Please note that completing an application does not guarantee approval, as all applicants are subject to review and evaluation by the Public Affairs team.

Four Events
A journalist must provide a list of four articles or events that he or she has covered within one year prior to the submission of the application. The journalist must have covered events in person and each event must have occurred on a different day.
